Our passionate staff provide nursing and therapy services to a mostly geriatric population but also adults including post-op and post-acute. We service all of Curry County, so our employees have a variety of unique communities where they can choose to live. Your responsibilities will be to perform physical therapy care to patients in their homes according to their POC along with proper documentation.
